Netcraft has two head offices — Mawson Lakes (Adelaide), South Australia and Suva, Fiji — and a customer footprint spanning Australia and the Pacific. Below are the regions where we have concentrated customer engagement, on-site experience and regulatory familiarity.
We design every engagement to be remote-first with on-site presence when it counts: hardware racking, major change windows, executive workshops and incident response. Distance has never been a barrier to our delivery — but local knowledge, supplier relationships and time-zone alignment definitely matter, and we bring those for each region we serve.
