How we work nationally
Roughly 80% of our engagement effort happens remotely: design, build, deploy, operate, monitor and incident response, all delivered over secure VPN, out-of-band management and modern DevOps tooling. The remaining 20% is on-site work: hardware racking, cable runs, customer workshops, executive presentations and major change windows. For those we fly engineers from Adelaide direct to wherever the work is.
Customers see no functional difference between this and a local team, other than faster ticket turnaround because our engineers work out of Mawson Lakes rather than from a satellite branch.
States and capitals we work in regularly
Active customer locations include South Australia (Adelaide and regional SA), Victoria (Melbourne and regional Vic), New South Wales (Sydney, regional and the ACT), Queensland (Brisbane, Gold Coast, regional Qld), Western Australia (Perth and remote/mining sites), Tasmania, Northern Territory and remote outback sites where IT failure is more expensive than anywhere else.
Sectors we serve nationally
Our practice is concentrated in three sectors that all benefit from a deeply technical, low-overhead engineering team: telecommunications and ISPs, corporate and government IT, and the resource sector. Across these we deliver the full stack — Linux engineering, Proxmox virtualisation, ISP billing & provisioning, security audits, USSD, custom software and 24×7 support.
Why pick a remote-first specialist over a local generalist
Most cities have plenty of generalist managed-service providers. What’s harder to find is a team with 30 years of Linux engineering, an in-house ISP billing platform, authorised Proxmox VE reseller status and Pacific Islands experience. That depth is the same whether you’re in Adelaide, Perth or Hobart.
We pair that depth with local relationships: hardware vendors, freight, on-site contractors and field engineers in every capital.
